Born in Thames, Peter commenced his valuation career with Attewell Gerbich Havill Limited in Hamilton in 1993, following completion of valuation and commerce studies at university.
Peter has a wide range of valuation experience, primarily in commercial and industrial premises and also specialist properties such as motels, rest homes/retirement villages, cool stores etc. He completes valuations for mortgage purposes, financial reporting, rental assessments and insurance certificates.
Peter enjoys spending time with his wife, three boys and two dogs. He loves to hang up the ‘gone fishing’ sign and head for the Coromandel.
Peter has been a Director of SGHU Valuations since 2010.
After commencing his valuation career with Hamilton firm, Geo Boyes Limited, Wayne went on to work for Valuation NZ Limited, Auckland City Council, State Government of South Australia, Attewell Gerbich Havill Limited, Darroch Valuation Limited. In 2010 he became one of four founding Directors of SGHU Valuations.
Born in Hamilton, Wayne has a wide range of valuation experience, predominantly for commercial and industrial premises.
Wayne completes valuations for mortgage purposes, financial reporting, rental assessments and insurance certificates.
Wayne is well known for being a ‘larger than life’ character. He is a lifelong supporter of his local football club. In fact he is so passionate about his local team, he lives on the perimeter of its grounds. Some say he’ll never move!
Wayne has been a Director of SGHU Valuations since 2010.
Michael commenced his valuation career with the Valuation Department Hamilton in 1982, following his graduation. He attained registration as a Valuer in 1986 and went on to enter private practice in 1989 with Glenn Attewell and Associates, a local firm that grew to become Attewell Gerbich Havill Limited in 1993.
Michael has spent his entire career in Hamilton. He has a wide range of valuable local knowledge and experience that includes valuations of residential and rural lifestyle properties for mortgage, sale, insurance and compensation purposes.
Michael is a keen golfer, mountain biker and is actively involved in the Onemana Surf Lifesaving Club as a committee member. He has three teenage children who keep him on his toes.
Michael was a Director of SGHU Valuations between 2010 and 2019.
David commenced his valuation career with Attewell Gerbich Havill Limited in Hamilton in 1998, following his graduation from Lincoln University.
Born and bred in the Waikato, David is a past committee member of the Property Institute of New Zealand’s Waikato Branch. He brings to SGHU a wide range of local experience in urban valuation matters including residential, lifestyle properties, residential subdivisional development land, commercial (office and retail), and compensation work.
When he’s not meeting clients or valuing properties, David can be found participating in a wide variety of sports, together with his family. Chasing a cricket ball around during summer is a favourite summer pastime.
David has been a Director of SGHU Valuations since 2010.
Callum commenced his valuation career with SGHU Valuations at the beginning of 2014, following his graduation from Massey University.
Born and raised in the Coromandel, Callum’s valuation experience has predominantly been based around a mixture of residential and lifestyle properties.
When he’s not assisting SGHU clients, he’s out amongst the great NZ outdoors enjoying a spot of fishing or hunting.
Callum became a Director of SGHU Valuations in 2019.
Georgia Graduated Massey University in 2019, and is now starting her valuation career with SGHU Valuations in 2020.
Prior to her relocation to Hamilton, she has lived in Palmerston North during her 3 years at University, and had spent the rest of her life growing up in rural Taranaki.
Georgia loves keeping fit and playing all types of sports. Basketball and Netball are her primary leagues that she competes in.
